What perks are included in your membership?
Each member will recieve a TAVÉ "suite pass" (starting with the Winter 2020 boxes). This will come with a code # and unlock eah member with a year full of special discounts and surprise giveaway items.
What will be in my box?
Each quarter will be a designated theme. You will receive products that coincide with each quarter's theme.
For example, if the theme is "Summer House Essentials" you may receive: two toss pillows to freshen up your couch, indoor/outdoor placemats, a lightweight wearable throw blanket, and a vase for your potted flowers.
Do international shipping fees apply?
Yes, international shipping fees do apply. International shipping is a flat rate of $15.00.
We do offer free standard shipping within the United States only.
What is your cancellation policy?
All TAVÉ HOME memberships renew automatically. Yearly memberships can be cancelled anytime during the subscription period, but the remaining boxes in that year will still ship. Quarterly memberships can be cancelled during the subscription period after the first box has been shipped. If you would like to cancel your quarterly subscription, make sure to do so at least five business days before the re-bil or you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box.
TAVÉ HOME charges no cancellation fees.

Can I exchange my box for a different decor style if I am unhappy with my selection?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your selection please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can better help you with your selection.
